Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotional period 29.07.10 to 27.08.10. Claims must be submitted online and received by us with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of the purchase date.
  2. The instructions contained within the promotional website and the published process form part of the terms and conditions of the offer.
  3. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years and over only, excluding employees of Cisco, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this offer. No third party applications permitted.
  4. We reserve the right to closely monitor usage of the promotional website, including users IP addresses, so that we may identify misuse, and disqualify applications if we have reason to believe the terms of the promotion have been breached.
  5. This promotion is only open and applicable to the purchase of qualifying products and therefore shown on the product purchase invoice. One trade in per qualifying product purchased only will be accepted.
  6. The offer is not transferrable to another individual or business; claims will only be accepted by the original purchaser.
  7. If a claim is refused, because the Terms of the offer have not been met, the promoter's decision is final. Cisco reserve the right to withdraw the promotion without notice.
  8. In order to qualify, you must submit your application within 14 days of purchasing your product, by submitting an application you agree to these terms in their entirety.
  9. The closing date for applications is 11.09.10. Any applications received after this date will be deemed invalid.
  10. For your router to qualify for the £20 cash back it must be fully operational:
    • Power on.
    • All accessories, eg mains adapter and lead, must be present and must be operational.
    • Be undamaged
  11. To qualify for the promotion you must send the following:
    • A fully completed Claim Form and personalised packing slip
    • A copy of your purchase invoice clearly detailing the invoice number, details of the qualifying product purchase and dated within the promotional period (despatch notes, etc, are not acceptable).
    • Applications will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a bona fide purchase of the qualifying product.
    • Your proof of purchase will not be posted back to you - please do not send the original.
    • The router you wish to trade in, along with the original accessories, including mains adapter/lead.
  12. If any of the items required to make your router fully operational are missing, you will receive a valuation below £20.
  13. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, and your trade in router matches the description you have given, a bank transfer for the £20 plus £5 postage costs will be paid directly into your bank account within 28 days of receipt of your validated application.
  14. If the trade in is not as described a fair revised trade in will be proposed, but if this is not acceptable there will be a cost for returning the part-exchange of no more than £5.
  15. Payment can only be made to the individual or company as shown on the purchase invoice and cannot be transferred to any other party.
  16. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. CISCO cannot accept liability for any applications lost, damaged or destroyed in the post and recommend using an insured postal service.
  17. CISCO is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
